I cannot say enough good things about JR. From our first phone call it was obvious to me that he really cared about his clients and the level of service being provided. He has a high level of integrity, professionalism and his knowledge of the terrain and conditions were excellent. JR even kept us updated (the night before) on road conditions to make minor tweaks because of road maintenance work. Always on time, very courteous, great SAG support, lunch and he went over and beyond on many occasions throughout our tour. He really cares and my friends and I had a fantastic experience.”
